Can a class be cancelled because of low enrollment?
Unfortunately, yes. In most cases we require a set minimum for a class to run, although this minimum will vary. If we have to cancel a class due to low enrollment, we will notify you at least two days before the class is scheduled to begin. If you need more notice, we suggest you call or email the office to check enrollment.
If at all possible, please register for a class at your earliest opportunity. All too often, we cancel a class, only to have students call at the last minute wanting to register.
If we have to cancel your class, you can request a full refund of your tuition or transfer to another course of your choice, space permitting.

What if I cannot attend a course as planned?
If you need to withdraw from a class and notify us at least five business days before the class starts, you will receive a refund, or credit in the amount of the course fee, less an administrative fee of $10.
Withdrawals less than five business days prior to the start of a course will not be refunded. However, you may opt to receive a credit voucher, good toward a future NCP class, equal to 50% of the amount paid.
Please note that credit vouchers expire one year from date of issue.
No refunds will be made once a class has started, but you may request to be transferred to another class if space is available. Sorry, no exceptions.
